Hugh MacNally B.A., ASIA, F Fin, Director
Hugh MacNally is a director and founding shareholder of Private Portfolio Managers. He has been a full time executive of PPM for approximately 14 years and is responsible for management of portfolios and the analysis of investment opportunities.
Prior to founding PPM, Hugh spent four years as Manager, Investments at Permanent Trustee, where he had responsibility for the management of $900 million in investment funds under the company's control. The funds comprised five pooled investment funds and a large number of individually managed accounts.
Hugh commenced his career in investment management in 1984 with APA Assurance as an analyst covering Australian and New Zealand equities. He has over 24 years experience in investment management and is a fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Elton Doyle, LLB, B.Com, F Fin – Director
Elton joined PPM in August 2005 to undertake stock research. Prior to joining the PPM team he spent 5 years with Perpetual, mostly in the Private client area managing portfolios for high net worth clients. Funds under administration within the Private Clients area at the time were $4 billion.
Elton holds a bachelor degree in Law and Commerce and is a fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Bill Gregerson, B. Ec., M Com., ASIA, F Fin, Founding Shareholder
Bill Gregerson is a founding shareholder of Private Portfolio Managers. He has been an executive of PPM for approximately 12 years and is responsible for the management of portfolios and the analysis of investment opportunities.
Prior to the founding of PPM, Bill was a stockbroker with ABS White for 20 years, initially as a research analyst and subsequently research partner prior to the firm's acquisition by the BNP Group. Bill was a member of the Australian Stock Exchange from 1983 to 1998, when he resigned his membership and left ABS White/BNP in order to join PPM.
Before joining ABS White Bill spent five years with Development Finance Corporation Ltd as an investment analyst and portfolio manager. He is a fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Peter Reed, B.Ec., LLB – Portfolio Manager
Peter joined PPM in July 2007 to undertake stock research and portfolio management. Prior to joining PPM he spent 8 years during the 1990's with Chase Bank (Tokyo) managing international equity portfolios.
In 2001 Peter relocated back to Australia, where he joined QBE Insurance, managing Australian and New Zealand equity portfolios. Funds under management within the investment division at the time were in excess of $15 billion.
Peter holds a bachelor degree in Economics and Law from the University of Sydney.
